New Video of Caroleena Cooking Zucchini at A Southern Season  E-mail
What a great time we had at A Southern Season here in Chapel Hill. For those that don't know, A Southern Season is one of the best gourmet shops in the region. It is in a department store sized space and has several demo stations. Caroleena appeared at the Center Stage demo area and sampled her Sweet Potato Gnocchi and cooked a great Zucchini dish. This is Tuscan Cooking at it's finest - using Zucchini from the farmer's market outside of A Southern Season.

If you were not able to make it for the demo day to get your autographed copy, you can order it online from the Aji Publishing website, or from Amazon.com without the autograph. To see Caroleena cook, we've got a video of the recipe:

Caroleena's Tuscan Kitchen Cookbook Signing at Weaver Street Market

Caroleena signed her cookbook at Weaver Street Market's location in Carrboro, North Carolina in December of 2007. She sampled bread with Orange flavored chocolate on top, a real crowd pleasing flavor. Who would have thought that good bread coupled with a good piece of chocolate would be such a great taste?
